Schools across New York City are participating in an initiative to increase diversity within their student populations. Some schools give admissions priority to applicants who are low-income, English Language Learners (ELLs) or Emerging Multilingual Learners (EMLs), involved in the child welfare system, or living in temporary housing. A complete list of participating schools and their admissions priorities is available below. These schools will continue to make offers based on standard admissions priorities.
